Prerelease terms

The service

These terms describe use of the prerelease Unhurried app and this website, operated by FastSail Technologies LLC. The app is being tested; features and content may change, and service interruptions may occur. Only the content and functionality available in your installed build are currently offered.

Use with care

Unhurried provides general wellbeing content. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Follow a practice only as comfortably as you can, return to natural breathing if needed and stop if you feel unwell. Use the app in a safe setting where it does not distract you from driving, operating equipment or other activities needing your attention.

Your account and choices

Use an account you are entitled to use and keep its sign-in access secure. You choose whether to sync practice history. You can stop using the app at any time and use the account deletion controls. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.

Content and permitted use

You may use the app and available recordings for your personal practice, subject to access shown in the app and any applicable app-store licence. Keep source credits with content. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute, sell or extract recordings, artwork or other protected content. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or attempt to access another person’s account.

Subscriptions and testing

Ordinary checkout is not currently available. If you participate in purchase testing, the store identifies the test transaction and its conditions. Do not treat a test purchase or a proposed price as a public offer.

If paid subscriptions are offered later, the purchase screen will show the price, billing period and any offer before confirmation. The store’s purchase terms govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Deleting the app or your Unhurried account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage it through the store account used for purchase.

Availability and access

Downloaded content may require current access. A downloaded file does not guarantee indefinite access, and content may be corrected or withdrawn. We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security, unlawful use or a breach of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact dev@fastsailtech.com with questions about these terms or a problem with the service. The operator is FastSail Technologies LLC. Updated terms will carry a new effective date; material changes will be communicated through an appropriate available channel before they apply.
